TheGlobal Civil Society Seminar (GCSS) is held at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. The purpose of this seminar is to analyse from a global standpoint the principal issues affecting an increasingly interdependent civil society. The programme, is led by professors Marta Rey and Sebastián Royo. This workshop is also part of the transatlantic initiative mentioned earlier led by Professor Burns.
