On 8 June 2015, the Rafael del Pino Foundation organised a meeting entitled "Lessons from the 2015 Circle Barometer: The change Spain needs".

Speakers at the event included:

- María del Pino, President of the Rafael del Pino Foundation
- Javier Vega de Seoane, President of Círculo de Empresarios
- Josep Piqué, Vice-President of the Círculo de Empresarios and former President of the Círculo de Economía

The Circles Barometer 2015, an initiative promoted by the Círculo de Empresarios, the Círculo de Economía and the Círculo de Empresarios Vascos, provides accurate information on how the strengths of our economy are taking hold and how our structural imbalances and deficiencies can be resolved. The Barometer focuses on five essential aspects of economic activity: Market Dynamism; Basic Resources (Physical Infrastructures, Education and Innovation); Labour and Financial Markets; Business Dynamism and Contribution of Public Administrations.

The Barometer is developed through three instruments: a selective review of the main indicators developed by various international institutions and their most relevant conclusions; a survey that this year was answered by more than 200 businessmen; and thirty individual in-depth interviews with presidents and CEOs of leading companies in their respective sectors.
