Bill Drayton He argued that "social entrepreneurship has been growing very rapidly for the last thirty years, as organisations born out of civil society started to become competitive a long time ago. Social entrepreneurs are now as efficient as business organisations. A crisis destroys some of the structures of society, which makes social entrepreneurs even more necessary. But social entrepreneurship will not die out when the current economic crisis comes to an end, as the need to work for the common good continues to grow every day.
