How Top Leaders Learn

On 27 April 2015, the Rafael del Pino Foundation organised Maury Peiperl's Keynote Lecture "How Top Leaders Learn", followed by a dialogue between Professor Peiperl and Carlos Espinosa de los Monteros and Francisco Luzón.

Professor Maury Peiperl is Vice-Chancellor and Director of the Cranfield School of Management. He has previously been Professor of Leadership and Strategic Change at the Swiss business school IMD. His areas of interest are organisational development, executive careers, change management, human resource strategy and global mobility. Prof. Peiperl has worked as an academic, consultant and researcher in 25 countries. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Princeton University and a PhD from Harvard University where he completed his MBA studies.
