The vocational training model in Spain is undergoing a rapid process of change and is increasingly oriented towards dual training, where the student spends a large part of his or her training period in the company. The seminar brings us closer to the British model of vocational training, very different from the German one but with some characteristics that could be easily adaptable to the Spanish system in its journey towards dual training. In particular we want to show two essential characteristics:

- The independence of the centres (from the government and accreditation bodies), which favours
exibility and rapid market adaptability
- The level of the company's commitment in the development of the professional profiles and in the training of the employees.
future employees - Apprenticeships (the British Dual VET)
