The V Start Up Spain conference, organised by the Rafael del Pino Foundation and Esade Business School, took place on 18 April 2013.
Start Up Spain is a living laboratory on startups, venture capital and entrepreneurship in Spain, a forum promoted by the Rafael del Pino Foundation and ESADE Business School.

That is why in this fifth edition of Start Up Spain we brought together in the first panel Spanish chefs, whose culinary projects are the perfect synthesis of tradition and innovation, as well as executives from multinationals in the world of leisure and tourism, who have managed to reinvent the main industry of our country. The guests answered 2 questions: What led them to innovate and how can we boost this trend in Spain? and Is innovation behind the recent successes achieved by your companies?
