Jóvenes con Futuro is a pioneering internship programme in the Spanish educational panorama, aimed at young Spanish graduates in computer engineering (or telecommunications engineers, mathematicians or other training that allows them to be good programmers). This programme gives selected candidates access to a minimum of six months of work experience in technology start-ups located in Silicon Valley.

The programme is aimed at young programmers with high technical skills and an aptitude for learning new programming languages. Candidates must be proficient in JAVA, C/C++, PHP or Perl and be able to work (or learn to work quickly) in Django, Python, Ruby, Javascript. In addition, they will need to demonstrate a high level of written and spoken English. The entrepreneurial vocation of the candidates is another factor to be taken into account when identifying the beneficiaries of the internships, as the Foundation's objective in supporting this programme is none other than to promote the creation of new technology-based companies in Spain.
