The Rafael del Pino Foundation is organising a keynote lecture entitled «Artificial Intelligence and Innovation» on 18 February 2026 at 7 p.m., to be given by Omar Hatamleh on the occasion of the presentation of his latest book of the same title. Dr Omar Hatamleh is Director of Artificial Intelligence at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Centre. He is also the agency's lead for the NASA 2040 AI Track programme. Keynote Lecture by Branko Milanovic
The Rafael del Pino Foundation is organising a keynote lecture entitled «The Great Global Transformation» on 4 March 2026 at 7 p.m. to mark the launch of its latest book of the same title. Branko Milanovic is a senior researcher at the Stone Centre on Socio-economic Inequality at the City University of New York. In 2019, he was appointed Maddison Honorary Professor at the University of Groningen. He obtained his PhD in Economics (1987) from the University of Belgrade with a thesis on income inequality in Yugoslavia. He worked as chief economist in the World Bank's Research Department for almost 20 years, until he left to write his book on inequality...
