Jesús Fernández Villaverde is Howard Marks Presidential Professor of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania since 2007, Fellow of the Econometric Society and member of the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), of the "group of one hundred" and of the editorial board of relevant national and international publications. He holds a degree in Law and Economics and Business Administration from ICADE and a PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota. < ...

The Rafael del Pino Foundation is organising the Master Lecture "The Crisis of Democratic Capitalism", to be given by Martin Wolf, on 25 October 2023 at 19:00.
Martin Wolf is the Associate Economics Editor and Chief Economic Commentator of the Financial Times of London and is considered one of the most influential economic journalists on the international scene. He has been a visiting professor at Oxford and Nottingham Universities, a member of the World Economic Forum in Davos and a member of the UK Vickers Commission on Banking. In 2000 he was knighted in the British Empire for his services to financial journalism.
