The Minister of Science, Pedro Duque, has expressed his support for the Academia Joven de España. After meeting with the first president of the Academy and professor Rafael del Pino, Javier García.
The minister has posted a tweet in which one can read The @academia_joven of Spain is up and running! I met today with its first president, @javiergarciamarto discuss the projects that this newly constituted academy will promote in order to give a voice to and represent young scientists.
The Junior Academy of Spain has been created by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities This new scientific institution represents and gives visibility to young scientists, preferably in the field of experimental sciences.
