In 2015, the Foundation and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation created the Rafael del Pino - MAEC Fellowship at the Kennedy School of Government of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
The fellowship covers the stay of a Spanish diplomat in "The Fellows Program", which allows experienced diplomats to carry out research, participate in seminars and conferences and organise activities with Harvard students. This programme is one of the main forums for interaction between students and professionals in international relations. It brings together diplomats, military officers, politicians, journalists, business people and representatives of society from all over the world.
