Markus Gehring, Associate Professor and former Director of the Centre for European Legal Studies at Cambridge University; Dimitry Kochenov, Director of the Rule of Law Research Group at the Democracy Institute of the Central European University in Budapest and Professor at the University's Department of Legal Studies in Vienna; Catherine Barnard, Professor of European & Employment Law at Trinity College and Deputy Director of UK in a Changing Europe at the University of Cambridge; and Alessandro Nucara, Head of Unit, Partnership with Member States, Early Detection and Exclusion System, European Commission, and Professor at the Université Catholique de Lille.
