(Law Collection - Rafael del Pino Foundation - Marcial Pons 2009 - 3 volumes) was born "Jurisprudencia de la Audiencia Nacional en materia de Derecho de la Competencia 2008, 2009 y 2010".
The book brings together the doctrine emanating from the National High Court in the substantive and procedural application of the Law on the Defence of Competition (LDC) and the National Competition Commission (CNC), whose decisions are reviewed in the courts.
