As a continuation of the "Study on the extension in time of family proceedings", prepared by the Fundación de Estudios de Economía Aplicada (FEDEA), with the collaboration of the General Council of the Judiciary, and the Rafael del Pino Foundation has sponsored a new research project which aims to analyse the problems encountered in the administration of justice - especially in the family and commercial areas - from an economic perspective.

Following on from the “Study on the duration of family law proceedings”, produced by the Foundation for Applied Economic Studies (FEDEA) in collaboration with the General Council of the Judiciary, the Rafael del Pino Foundation has sponsored a new study that aims to analyse the problems identified in the administration of justice – particularly in the areas of family and commercial law – from an economic perspective.
