Spain has lived decades with very high unemployment rates in comparison with our reference countries, which has probably had to do with the substance of the policies applied...

Men and women face different challenges when they want to start their own business. The book "Female Entrepreneurs: Adding a new perspective to economic growth" analyses the opportunities and barriers that women specifically face in entrepreneurship and what effect they have on the society and economies around them.

Patricia Gabaldón, a fellow of the Rafael del Pino Foundation, holds a PhD in Economics and is a professor of business economics with an extensive research activity on entrepreneurs and women leaders. In this book, Patricia offers a new perspective on economic development based on the full incorporation of women's talent in the creation of their own businesses.
