Horizontal agreements between undertakings

This volume contains the papers presented at the fifth edition of the Seminar on Competition Law and Economics, sponsored and organised by the Rafael del Pino Foundation and held at its headquarters.

This volume is a collection of the papers presented at the fifth edition of the Seminar on Competition Law and Economics, sponsored and organised by the Rafael del Pino Foundation and held at its headquarters, and revised after appropriate discussion.

The theme chosen for the 2008 edition was Horizontal agreements between companies. The choice of topic was largely based on the opinion of the President of the National Competition Commission and the particular relevance of these agreements, especially in the context of the economic crisis and the strengthening of the Spanish antitrust system.
