The Foundation has collaborated with the Spanish Association Against Cancer by supporting the Association's Scientific Foundation with a Rafael del Pino Oncology Research Grant.
In 2018, the winner of the grant was Dr Inmaculada Navarro, from the National Cardiovascular Research Centre (CNIC), whose research is entitled New strategies against cancer: RAC1 and CAVEOLIN-1, two key proteins against the tumour and its environment.
