Antonio Núñez Martin is a Partner at Parangon Partners specialising in leadership, where he is primarily involved in Board and senior management consulting, CEO and management team succession planning, executive search and the evaluation and development of management structures.
For ten years he headed several Departments at IESE (Open Programmes, In Company Programmes and Special Programmes) working with a large number of executives and with leading national and international companies; and was the creator and Director of the Center for Public Leadership and Government. His experience in Public Management has been developed in his position as Director of Social Policies in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of Spain. He worked as a social entrepreneur in the creation and consolidation of the NGO "Cooperación internacional" in more than 12 countries.
Graduate in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF, MBA from IESE Business School, Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and PhD from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos with a thesis published on "El nuevo directivo público. Keys to Leadership for Public Management" and "Spain SL".
He is a teacher, lecturer and regular contributor to the press, radio and television. President of the Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Association in Spain and member of several corporate Boards of Directors, Press Editorial Boards and Boards of Foundations and NGOs.
