University expert in Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital from I.U.Euroforum Escorial and INSEAD (France) and Fellow at the Real Colegio Complutense - Harvard University (USA) and at the Manchester Institute for Innovation Research, University of Manchester (UK), he is an associate researcher at the Research Centre on the Knowledge Society of the Madrid Science Park, as well as a member of the Complutense Research Group "Strategy, Knowledge and Innovation in Business", directed by Professor Navas López.

Professor Martín de Castro is the author and co-author of several scientific articles on business reputation, strategy, knowledge management and intellectual capital, published in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Technovation, International Journal of Technology Management or Revista Economía Industrial, as well as scientific monographs and book chapters in Thomson-Civitas, Marcial Pons, Elsevier Science or Palgrave MacMillan.
