She holds a European Doctorate in Business Management from the UCM, a degree in Business Administration and Management from the UCM, a diploma in Business Studies from the UCM, Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Organisation at the Complutense University of Madrid, Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Organisation at the Complutense University of Madrid.

She is the author of two books, Intellectual Capital and Technological Innovation: KnowledgeBased Theory and Practice (Information Science Reference, 2010) (in collaboration with P. López, G. Martín and J. E. Navas) and Technological Innovation: An Intellectual CapitalBased View (Palgrave MacMillan, 2010) (in collaboration with G. Martín, P. López and J. E. Navas). She is also the author of several articles published in relevant national and international journals devoted to Management and Business Administration.

His research focuses on strategic business management, resource and rapacity theory, and intellectual capital and technological innovation.
