To contact us, you can find different means of contact in our "Contact" section (//frdelpino.es/contact/). 2) Users: Access and/or use and/or participation in the Portal confers the condition of User on those who access and/or use it, and expresses the full and unreserved acceptance by the User of each and every one of the conditions set out herein. 3) Use of the Portal: Access, browsing and use of the Portal is the responsibility of the User, and the User therefore undertakes to diligently and faithfully observe any additional instructions given by the Rafael del Pino Foundation or by authorised personnel of the Rafael del Pino Foundation regarding the use of the Portal and its contents. Likewise, we urge you to inform the Rafael del Pino Foundation of any event of which you become aware that involves conduct contrary to law or infringes the rights of any third party. Therefore, the User undertakes to use the contents diligently, correctly and lawfully and, in particular, undertakes to abstain from: - distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the contents, unless he/she has the written authorisation of the holder of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted to do so; and - use the contents and, in particular, information of any kind obtained through the Portal or the services to send advertising, communications for the purposes of direct sales or for any other commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to a number of people regardless of their purpose, as well as to refrain from commercialising or disclosing this information in any way. The Portal provides access to a multitude of information, services or data on the Internet belonging to the Fundación Rafael del Pino and/or its collaborators to which the User may have access. Given that the User assumes responsibility for the use of the Portal and its contents, this responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or specific contents. In this registration, the User will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. If, as a consequence of this registration, the User is provided with a password, he/she undertakes to use it diligently and to keep the password secret in order to access these services. If you do not wish to receive such information and/or documentation, please inform us by writing to the Fundación Rafael del Pino, calle Rafael Calvo 39, Madrid (28.010) or by sending an e-mail to the following address info@frdelpino.es. 4) Intellectual and industrial property: The name Rafael del Pino Foundation, as well as other distinctive signs (graphic or denominative) that appear on this Portal, are the exclusive property of the Rafael del Pino Foundation, which has them duly registered, unless it is indicated on the Portal that they belong to another owner. Their use by third parties without the required authorisation, which, where applicable, must be in writing, is forbidden. The possible presence on this site of distinctive signs belonging to third parties other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph is made for non-commercial purposes and with the authorisation of their legitimate owners, always with due respect for their exclusive rights. In the same sense, the domain names "fundacionrafaeldelpino.es" and "frdelpino.es", as well as all those used to directly access this website, are the exclusive property of the Fundación Rafael del Pino. The improper use of the same would be an infringement of the rights conferred by their registration and will be prosecuted by the means provided by law. The Rafael del Pino Foundation, by itself or as assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Portal, as well as of the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: images; sound; audio, video; software or texts; trademarks or logos; combinations of colours and graphic typology; structure and design; selection of materials used; computer programmes necessary for its operation; computer codes; access and use; etc.). Thus, ownership corresponds to the Rafael del Pino Foundation or its licensors. Consequently, it is not permitted to remove, evade or manipulate the copyright notice and any other data identifying the rights of the Rafael del Pino Foundation or its owners included in the contents, as well as the technical protection devices, digital fingerprints or any information and/or identification mechanisms that may be found in the contents of the Portal. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that access and/or browsing by the User implies a waiver, transmission, authorisation, licence or total or partial cession of said rights on the part of the Fundación Rafael del Pino. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions or the content of the Portal, in general, the Fundación Rafael del Pino and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid. 13) Social Networking: The Rafael del Pino Foundation is present in different social networks through official pages and/or profiles with the aim of publicising the institution and its activities, as well as to listen, dialogue and interact with its followers. The framework for user participation in these networks will be governed by freedom of expression and respect for democratic values. These spaces constitute a forum for the exchange of opinions or for constructive debate, but it is not the appropriate environment for creating controversy, disqualifying other users or third parties. The Rafael del Pino Foundation is not responsible for the comments, opinions or statements of third parties. In this sense, the Rafael del Pino Foundation is not obliged to carry out a general monitoring of the opinions expressed by these third parties or to carry out active searches for opinions that infringe, among others, the honour, privacy or self-image of persons and institutions, the rights of minors and intellectual property rights. Consequently, we are grateful for the collaboration of all those who participate in the spaces opened by the Rafael del Pino Foundation, not only to actively intervene in a constructive manner, but also to warn us of the presence of inappropriate comments which, where appropriate, must be removed. For the aforementioned reasons, the Rafael del Pino Foundation reserves the right to remove comments or messages contrary to the aforementioned principles, as well as those that are xenophobic, sexist, obscene, threatening, defamatory, in defence of terrorism and that violate human rights, among others. The user may not publish advertising material in such comments or direct messages, or use these pages and profiles for profit or business. Comments that do not adhere to the contents of the pages and profiles of the Rafael del Pino Foundation on social networks or to the posts or entries published therein by the institution may be deleted. All images, works and/or videos published on the official pages of the Rafael del Pino Foundation on the different social networks are protected by the Intellectual Property Law and, consequently, may not be used in any way and, in particular, by means of reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available to the public or transformation without the prior and express authorisation of the Rafael del Pino Foundation. For its part, the Rafael del Pino Foundation accepts no responsibility for any possible fraudulent use that a user may make of them outside this framework, reserving the right to take appropriate legal action should this be the case. The Rafael del Pino Foundation also accepts no responsibility for web links that are not its own and which are published on its pages and profiles by third parties.
