The Rafael del Pino Foundation sent the attached Action Plan for 2023 to the Protectorate of Foundations, which, after verifying its formal compliance with current regulations, in accordance with the provisions of article 46 of Royal Decree 1611/2017, of 7 December, sent it for deposit in the Register of Foundations of the Ministry of Justice.
