On 22 September, in the city of Santa Fe, capital of the province of Argentina, the Governor of the province, Carlos Alberto Reutemann, was presented with a faithful replica of the Royal Standard of the ancient city of Santa Fe de la Veracruz, donated to the Municipality of Santa Fe by the Rafael del Pino Foundation. Then, in the gardens of the Juan de Garay Ethnographic and Colonial Museum, a bust of the Viceroy was unveiled, who, being from Santa Fe as she was, is a beloved and well-known figure in the history of the city.

A double inauguration took place in Santa Fe la Vieja. On the one hand, the presentation of the model of the old city, as it was before the flood that forced it to be moved. With a surface area of 600 cm. x 500 cm. (at a scale of 1:125), it is a remarkable work for the accuracy and detail with which it has been created and which is undoubtedly destined to become the great didactic piece of the Museum of the Ruins of Santa Fe la Vieja Archaeological Park Site where it is installed. On the other hand, and in the same archaeological site, the replica of what must have been the Casa de los Vera in ancient Santa Fe was inaugurated.

The construction has followed the plans and details of the project drawn up by the National Directorate of Architecture and adapted to the Casa Ambientada project, varying the measurements of the rooms and completing the complex with a second body of service rooms. The visit is a real journey to an Indiano home from the first third of the 17th century, where the appropriate light and sound effects create an ideal atmosphere for this simulated return to the past. Both the building's masonry and the objects on display have been sponsored in their entirety by the Rafael del Pino Foundation.
