The Observatory on the World Economic Cycle, the result of the work of professors José Bosca and Javier Ferri, evaluates the structural factors that explain the cyclical behaviour of the world economy, estimating their contribution to the annual growth rate of macroeconomic variables, and analyses the weight of the main disturbances that have affected the GDP and, in particular, the foreign sector.
